bigstock-feather-icon-41376454Write an event the way it happened – then write it the way you wished it had happened. Just do it over! Write what you would have done or said differently and what the other person ought to have done or said differently. Sounds silly? Write it out anyway. Notice that your emotions change. Notice that your thoughts change. Write them out. Any aha moments appearing on the page? Write them too. This connection, disconnection, then connection again to the same situation, changes its impact.

Keep the pen moving,
