Laughter

Filed under: Journal writing — freethepen @ 3:21 pm

Child Laughter is an important part of life. My grandmother used to tell me laughter is the best medicine. We all feel better after we have a good laugh. When was the last time you had a bend-over, in stitches, belly laugh? What were you doing? Who were you with? Were you reading or watching something funny on TV?

I love watching Roseanne and The Big Bank Theory after work at night. It doesn’t matter how many times I watch the re-runs, I find myself laughing hysterically at the same scenes. Sheldon can send me into hysterics quite easily. Roseanne’s take on women and men can as well. Laughing is a great way for me as a psychotherapist to complete my day, after my routine journal writing.

Keep the pen moving,

Jan
