PrintLove is a complicated emotion. Some say love isn’t an emotion; it is an action. When I think of love I think of an emotional place of goodness and wholeness. I think of a place of trust and stability but that is not how most people live love. Certainly I haven’t lived love the way I think it is. Love has been fickle, unstable, unmanageable, infuriating, and embracing. Love is so many things. Poets have been trying to capture its definition and essence for centuries. What is yours? Write about the love you have given and the love you have received. Write about its nature and your longing for it. Write about your experience of it.

Happy Mother’s Day!
